The Look:

"I recently watched the classic, campy 1963 film Beach Party starring Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello. Of course, there are the girls in their ridiculous, funny bikinis, but there's this crew of badass girls who I was obsessed with, and wanted to create a summery, but also sort of dark and dramatic look, inspired by them. I was also feeling floral patterns, and paired with the rose-adorned skirt, the green bag reminded me of grass."

The Girl:

Lithuanian-born model Giedre Vaisnoraite got into fashion after writing about it. The 25-year-old studied fashion at the University of Manchester, and wrote about it for Express Mada, a Lithuanian magazine, before she was discovered. "I was working at a boutique, and a stylist came in and asked me to do a shoot for a hair salon."
